The Location - Purbeck & Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site
King's Orchard is the perfect haven for lovers of the outdoors wanting to explore the stunning area of the Isle of Purbeck and the Jurassic coast world heritage region. It is set in the sleepy hamlet of Creech Bottom, in the heart of Purbeck, and is said to be on the site of an ancient king's orchard.
King's Orchard is a walker's paradise with the Purbeck Way on the doorstep which leads to Corfe Castle (4 miles) and, for the more adventurous, Swanage (10 miles). The tranquil RSPB reserve at Arne (4 miles) and the beautiful and rugged coastal path (6 miles) at Kimmeridge can be reached in 10mins by car.

The Apartment
The Loft at King's Orchard is a newly renovated one bedroom apartment, adjacent to the main house, and is the perfect place to put your feet up after a long day's exploring. There are lovely views from the Loft over the RSPB Creech Heath and the distinctive peak of Creech Barrow.
As keen walkers ourselves we are happy to give you tips on our favourite walks, places to stop for a good pub lunch and even drop you off or pick you up so you can make the most of the scenery.
